Hudson had a field trip yesterday (Jan 13th... hence my Day 13 pic) with his Kindergarten class. They went to Stuffington Bear Factory. Most of the kids chose to make bears, while a few - like crazy Hudson - made birds. He named his Purple Watermelon because of the purple and red ribbons he picked to have tied around his neck. Yep, he's crazy. He wanted to share Purple Watermelon with Callie, but as soon as I said Callie might love him too much and put a hole in him, he decided it was time to take Purple Watermelon back.
super fun and tasty yogurt... 8 flavors, maybe 10, to choose from... it's all self-serve ... and then sprinkle your fave toppings Hudson mixed together 4 or 5 flavors - crazy combos... while Grif and I stuck with classics - mint for him and chocolate for me
As soon as we came home from preschool, Grif grabbed his huge dog and I grabbed his blanket so he could curl up on the sofa to warm up and watch Team Umizumi. Cuteness!
I scored a bunch of Reese's recently at my Fry's. Because of the sweepstakes packaging being old, they were clearanced out to 20 cents each. They are still super yummy and a perfect late night snack.
just a little fyi... my blog may be behind... BUT.... all my 365 pics are on my Flikr page ... hopefully tonight I will share all of them here with you with with some extra words about each one ... please stay tuned :)
I wonder how many days will be titled Goofball. Probably a lot. I'm not sure where this elastic band came from. Maybe it was attached to a Christmas present. I'm not sure. I do know that it's been hanging on a kitchen chair for a few days. Well, Hudson decided to sport it for his Wii baseball game this afternoon. It's pretty typical for my creative goofball. I don't think I realized he had food in his mouth when I took the pic. Oh well. ...... AND.. yes, he is missing several teeth. He just lost the last one three days ago. It's my Day 3 pic.
I really need to start a better system than this. Right now, it's sorting all of them on the pool table, floor, bed, anywhere (today was the pool table). I group like items together and then paperclip together. Then I stack them in order of my walk through Fry's. Maybe I'll get some sheet protectors tomorrow and start organizing them in a binder .... maybe.
gotta love their fruit smoothie faces... even tho they didn't show up quite as fabulous as they really looked in person.... but with all the squishy hugs, some disappeared .... my baby, Grif, is squeezed in the middle by his two best buddies
Welll... I'm giving Project 365 a shot again. I missed the first two days, so I'm starting off with 3 pictures for today. The year began on a weekend.... so this will have to suffice.
Finally... my iPod Touch is out of it's case that it was sitting in for slightly over a year. I won it with Rewards Points thru work, but had remorse after I ordered it because I ordered the 8gb instead of one of the larger ones. Oh well, it's here to stay now. It's going to my husband and I'm going to order a 32 or 64gb one for myself very soon. I just need to fully figure this one out first so we can start listening to some tunes.
Next is my AJ's Fine Food reusable acrylic cup filled with water. I have this with me wherever I am. I live on water and love this cup.
And now.... my Snaggletooth boy, Hudson. He is only 6 years old (not even 6.5 until March), but he just lost his 7th tooth today! He has two permanent teeth on the bottom and five holes. At least two more permanent teeth are starting to finally come in. So he'll only have 3 holes pretty soon. I don't think he has any other loose ones..... for now.
(btw, all these pics were taken with my phone today... for some odd reason the first two are smaller than Hudson's pic)
