The last thing my 5yo requested from me before I went to work was to make sure I bought paint before I came home. I promised him yesterday and earlier today, but I kept forgetting. I did remember tonight. He'll be so happy tomorrow morning. My only issue is that I only bought one color which states it is washable. I think all temperas are supposed to be washable, but now I'm not sure. I guess we'll find out.

That sounds like fun. Here is a tip. Squirt a bit of dish liquid or hand soap into the cup you put the paint in for his painting. It really does make cleanup a lot easier. Just a touch will do.
